REVIEW OF THE VIRAL PEEL OFF LIP STAIN
My TikTok feed is filled with videos raving about the popular peel-off lip stains so I had to try it! I LOVE a little color on my lips and I usually achieve that with a tinted lip balm but a lip stain sounds so much easier. This viral peel-off lip stain is supposed to be used as a lip liner but you can apply it to your entire lip for just a touch of color that will last ALL day. Here is the lip stain I am using in the tutorial below in color MUAH-ve but all the ones I linked are raved about.
My honest thoughts? Well worth it! I ate and drank throughout the day and the color still looked great come 7 PM. I didn’t touch it up or apply a gloss over it at all but I think if you did hydrate your lips throughout the day, it’d last even longer.

TIPS FOR APPLYING LIP STAIN:
- They recommend you exfoliate your lips beforehand
- Apply quickly and precisely to ensure even coverage
- The longer you leave the product on, the darker the stain. I recommend 5 minutes!
- Try leaving your mouth open while it dries to avoid transfer
- Once you peel it off, you may need to use a paper towel to rub off excess
- Apply a gloss or balm over for added sheen – I love Summer Fridays!
